Policy of Delivery, Return & Cancellation

Shipping Policy

At this point, Triune delivers only within India.

Triune will ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

Free shipping for order value exceeds of Rs.1,000/-

Order value less than Rs.1000/- will attract COD charges of Rs.100/-

Orders will be processed within 2 working days and shipment will be done through courier service / speed post depending upon the area of service and service availability.

After dispatch of products, customers will be advised through sms / email the airway bill number / consignment note number.

We will ensure that the products are well packed for safe delivery.

Exchange and Return Policy

We will ensure that the product delivered to our customer is in good condition and free from any defects Right first time every time.

We offer our customers a flexible Return and Exchange Policy.

In case if the products delivered has any one of the following reasons,

  • Defect in the product
  • wrong product
  • wrong size
  • others, please specify

Please write to us at cs@triune.co.in or call us at +91 9894224102 notifying the reasons within 48 hours of receipt of product.

Upon receipt and review of your complaint,

In case of Exchange,

  • You will be provided with a replacement of the product, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the product.

In case of Return,

  • We will credit the amount paid for the product deducting taxes if any to your account through neft/rtgs after notifying you by email within 10 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.

The following Exceptions and Rules apply to this Policy:

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact,original invoice and should not be broken or tampered with.

In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.

If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

Please ensure that the products reach us within 10 days from the date of receiving your shipment being the period allowed for accepting the return and enabling us to redress the issue quickly.
